Aquafit Fall 26

Aquafit is a fun, low-impact water aerobics class that delivers a full-body workout in the pool. Using the natural resistance of the water, you’ll boost cardio fitness, strength, and flexibility while being gentle on joints. Expect upbeat music, easy-to-follow moves (walking/jogging, kicks, arm patterns, and core work), and optional equipment like water dumbbells or noodles. Great for beginners and seasoned exercisers alike—participants can work at their own pace for a refreshing, energizing session. It is offered every Tuesday and Thursday at 5:30pm starting September 22nd - No classes Thanksgiving week and Veterans Day
