Refund policy

EXCHANGES: BERA offers store credit only. A BERA shop receipt is required for any exchange. If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style please contact the store at 631-344-3347 within 14 days of the original purchase and we will be happy to assist you with eligible exchanges. The item must be in its original condition and unworn. *Gift cards, memberships, tickets and services are not eligible for refunds or exchange.
